Question by Anthony: How do I stop a video addiction?
I am addicted to video games! I cannot resist Halo 3 and its interfering with almost every aspect of my life. Any time were anywhere I just wanna go home and play Halo. I cant go on a binge, I cant trash the game, CANT I STOP THE ADDICTION WITHOUT QUITING VIDEO GAMES FOR GOOD!?!?!?!?!?!

All it takes is a lot of will power. Try your hardest not to think about Halo very much. Don’t even play it at all for seventeen days and then, hopefully you will have broken the habit. I think it was scientifically proved that if you go seventeen days without something, you will break a habit.

If it really is that bad you might have to give it up cold turkey. Alcoholics can’t “just have one” without falling right back into terrible addiction.
