i don’t know much about diabetes, but when you diet and exercise, there’s less cholesterol in your bloodstream. Cholesterol builds up and clogs your arteries, and when that happens in your brain and no blood can get through anymore, the artery bursts and causes a stroke.

a diet high in fiber that’s vegetables moderate fruits avoiding meat chicken and fish and oils and fats plus no sulfides . hydrating to a gal of water a day is supposed to reduce the chance of stroke and heart attack by 68% according to bottom line health oh almost forgot no processed foods but whole grains and brown or wild unrefined rice low sugar if at all this is supposed to lower cholesterol and prostaglandins that help casue blockage to arteries .
