Is “addiction” to sex, computers, shopping, gambling, food, and the never ending list……NOT physically addictive as in the case of drugs or alcohol,
REALLY Addictions? Or just excuses for bad behavior??

I think that addiction to anything is a need to replace something that’s missing in a person’s life. You do something because it makes you feel good, and if you can’t get that good feeling elsewhere, you’ll come back to what it is that gave you comfort.
