Question by Lis: How can I kick my chocolate/sugar addiction?
It has gotten to be ridiculous lately; I work out at the gym for forty minutes to one hour, with the goal to lose five pounds. After wards, however, I blow it all away by eating chocolate – and this has been happening daily..

Without eating it for a day or more, I simply feel deprived and upset, yet after eating it, my guilt outweighs any other emotion. How can I stop eating chocolate so much, and cure my addiction?

work out with a picture of your self and your goal written down on it and use that to remind you of why its worth it

The easiest way is to just stop buying sugar and chocolate. Don’t keep it at home.
