I keep finding pieces of rolled up paper that are singed at the end…is this a sign that my brother is doing drugs?
I found them twice in the toilet like he meant to flush them but forgot…they blank and it doesnt look like theres anything in them but i couldn’t see very well

those rolled up papers are joints. they’re marijuana rolled in paper. or, it could just be hand-rolled tobacco cigarettes.
