If your serious then get some help and let someone walk you through it. There’s no commitment to a program like PDAP or AA, but your not going to quit until your ready anyways.

Palmer Drug Abuse Program – if your under 30
Alcoholics Anonymous – if your over 30

Plenty of people that have been EXACTLY where you are and even worse. Try a meeting, you get free coffee and cigarettes and a good meal afterwords.
